The modular zero carbon house system is designed for the Australian outdoor lifestyle and highly customisable for many locations and user preferences. Start with one of our base designs or a custom layout with any number of bedrooms, individual outdoor spaces and preferred material- and finishes selections. Type: Studio + Loft (optional)
Area: 25m2 + 25m2 deck
Wall height: 3.0m / 3.6m with loft
Studio / Cabin
A small multi-purpose space with roofed deck, suitable for many sites, that can be used as visitor accommodation, teenage retreat, art studio, home office, for generating rental income or any other creative use. The pod can also be combined with other modules.

Type: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan living
Area: 60m2 + 35m2 decks / breezeway
Wall height: 3.0 - 3.6m max.
Secondary dwelling
Two modules (40 & 20m2) connected with generous outdoor areas: breezeway, large front verandah and smaller rear deck. Suitable e.g. for family accommodation, a home office or to rent out space.

Expandable family home, initially designed for a sloping hill with views to the South, with a sun room and north facing clerestory windows The facade is adaptable for different solar aspects.
